Foxtel kids app breakdown

This is a breakdown of the compositing work I recently did for Foxtel.
The first images are footage of cartoons that were supplied. The first step was to isolate them from their environments (rotoscoping) in order to integrate them to the live footage of the kids video.  I also had to remove and rebuild part of the characters, for example removing the saxophone on the third image and rebuild the mouth or remove the blue character in front of the dog on the second image and recreate the body.
I also had to replace all the ipad and computer screens to integrate footage (screen replacement and tracking).

FOXTEL kids app

I finished this project late December for Foxtel.
I was given a selection of cartoons and asked to integrate to raw footage.
The project involved a lot of rotoscoping, tracking, compositing and finally some grading.

City of Sydney

I was fortunate to work with Z Space to design the graphics for the Welcome to Country.
WTC was a projection honoring the First Nations Australians on the pillons of the Sydney Harbour Bridge on New Year Eve. The event was part of Sydney's 'City of Colour' – which was a recognition of the wonderful diversity of this city and with this powerful Welcome to Country we are celebrating the talent, culture and creativity of our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
